About Black Grapes

Grapes have been a staple in the human diet for around 8,000 years. They greatly vary in color due to variety, amount of sunlight received during growth, and ripeness at time of picking. Grapes are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Generally, the darker the grape, the richer it is in antioxidants. Many new black varieties are seedless, making them pleasant to eat in addition to being tasty and nutritious. Black grape varieties have a sweet, distinctive flavor and hold up well to cooking.
