1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz. Pisco
1 oz. Egg Whites
1 Dash of Bitters
Muddle 3 grapes with the simple syrup. In a separate shaker, dry shake egg white. Add ice to the muddled grapes. Pour already shaken egg whites over. Shake well, strain over ice, and add 1 dash of bitters.
