Watermelon Margarita With Tajin

½  large seedless watermelon, cut into chunks (about 4-5 cups), plus four small wedges for optional garnish
4 Tbls. fresh lime juice (about two limes)
8 oz. tequila of choice
4 oz. Triple Sec
1 lime cut into four wedges
1 bottle TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning


Purée watermelon chunks in a blender or food processor until smooth. For a thinner, smoother-textured drink, pass watermelon puree through a fine mess strainer. Leave as is for a thicker texture.

Combine watermelon puree with lime juice, tequila, and Triple Sec in a large pitcher and stir.

Cover a small plate with Tajin seasoning. Thoroughly rim four serving glasses with one lime wedge each. Dip the rims in Tajin to coat. Pour margarita mixture evenly among glasses, serving over ice. Garnish each glass with a small watermelon wedge, if desired.
